Reply suggestions and regenerate
Don't know what to say next? Tap the magic-wand button and it writes 3 suggested replies. If one of her answers is not it, rate it from 1 to 5 and regenerate. It's a small control, but it's the one that keeps the tone where you want it, whether that's teasing or something softer.

"Isn't she just a chatbot with a stock avatar?" That's the usual objection, and the photo row is where it stops holding up.
Asking for a photo
Open her chat, tap the media button and choose Send Photo. Then describe the scene in your own words: the outfit, the room, the mood. In roughly 20–45 seconds you get a photo of that same character for 1 Star. Her face and body match her avatar and every photo she's sent before. That consistency is the difference between an AI girlfriend that sends photos and a random image generator with a name attached.

Turning it into video
Each photo has a one-tap Generate Video button underneath it. About a minute later you have a ~5-second clip of the same scene with the same woman, for 10 Stars.

A single custom photo can include up to 3 characters.
At 1 Star a photo, PRO's 100 monthly Stars cover a lot of photos. You don't need to pay to find out whether the loop works for you, either. The free daily reward Stars are enough to ask for a photo today and check that the face holds.

Preset cards
The generator runs one character at a time. To switch characters, tap the avatar in the top-right. You pick an action card such as "Twerk" or "Hard Doggy Style," then Clothes, then Background, and tap Generate once. That works with any GoLove character and with one you built yourself.
Custom Video, Image to Video and Multi-Scene
- Runs: 1, 2 or 4 videos at a time.
- Resolution: 480p, 720p or 1080p.
- Cost: the baseline is 5 Stars per video, and a 720p video costs 10 Stars.
You can also extend a clip, edit your own video, reverse it or add audio.
Remix from the Feed
On any Feed clip, tap the magic wand. The generator opens with that clip's character, action, outfit and scene already filled in. Change whatever you like and generate your own version.
Video alone isn't a reason to pick one app over the other. OurDream also bundles video generation into its subscription, though we could not confirm how many modes it has. Where GoLove stands apart is how specific its presets are.

What's on now
GoLove Series launched on 2026-10-10. It's vertical short drama in the ReelShort/DramaBox format. As of 2026-10-12 there were 5 series and 32 episodes:
- "My AI Girlfriend" (7 episodes): Milo keeps a box addressed to the girl next door, and the glasses inside bring his perfect girl to life.
- "She Streams on My Platform" (6 episodes) and "The Only Mortal in Heaven" (9 episodes).
- "I Can Hear Their Thoughts" and "My Professor Locked the Door" (5 episodes each).
Episodes are 60–100 seconds long. Subtitles are available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian. GoLove labels the section "new weekly."

Design with AI
Describe her in plain text, up to 2,000 characters. About a minute later you have a named character with her own @handle, a written bio and a portrait. It runs around 3 Stars. New characters are Private by default. If you make one public through My AI, she can earn you Stars.
The create wizard
- Realistic: photographic companions.
- Anime: illustrated styles.
- Trans: its own category.
The short version: GoLove.ai puts live voice calls, memory and photos on request in one chat, and its image generator adds 35 realistic poses and 21 outfits. You also get 2 reward stars every day you log in.

There are two limits. First, creating a character from up to 5 of your own photos is ULTRA-only and still in alpha, and you should never upload a real person without their consent. Second, there are no male characters yet. The filter reads "Male (Soon)."
Where OurDream fits
OurDream's custom character builder has a steeper setup curve. I'd treat that as a trade-off rather than a flaw. If you like fiddling with details, the extra setup might be worth it. If you'd rather write one paragraph and start chatting, Design with AI gets you there faster.
GoLove.ai's Free Tier and Pricing Caveats: Where the Paywall Sits
So where does the free part actually end? Here's what we could verify on each side.
Free:
- 2 daily reward Stars, enough for two in-chat photos.
- A limited daily Feed before the "Unlock Unlimited Feed" prompt appears. We couldn't confirm the exact count.
- Series episodes 1–2.
- Chat from Explore. Her first photo is visible, and the next one is blurred behind Sign Up.
Paywalled:
- Voice messages and calls require PRO.
- Feed filters require PRO.
- Series from episode 3 needs PRO plus a few Stars per episode.
- Heavy media use burns through the 100 included Stars. Photo-to-video costs 10 Stars a clip, so ten clips use a month's allowance.
Pricing caveats. All prices above are approximate and vary by region and promo. The −70% first-subscription offer is limited-time, and no deadline is shown. We also couldn't confirm how many monthly Stars ULTRA includes from the plan card we saw. Star packs range from about $9.99 for 30 Stars to $299.99 for 3,000.
My real criticism is that ULTRA's Star allowance is a blank, which is an odd gap on a ~$59.99 tier. The rest of the per-action pricing is out in the open, though. You can work out a month's cost before you pay, and plenty of pricing pages won't let you do that.
